• Managing & developing the customer care team.
• Diagnosing complex defects and overseeing remedial strategies.
• Handling escalations and formal complaints.
• Working closely with site teams, contractors & other departments.
• Visiting developments and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Supporting NHBC / Premier / LABC resolutions.
• Ensuring KPIs and quality standards are consistently achieved.
