Overview

Permanent Job — Customer Care Coordinator

£26,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience. Full Time Hours - 8.30am to 4.45pm with a 45 min lunch break (37 hour week). Fully office based with hybrid after probation. Bury Location — free parking on site.

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and manufacturing business that supports customers across the UK and internationally. They’re looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team.

You will be joining a team of 5 to deliver excellent customer service to clients on a daily basis. The ability to work well with colleagues and other departments is essential in this role as the company thrives on collaborating and working together.
