Job summary

A leading cooperative retailer is seeking a Customer Team Member - Home Delivery Driver in Bridport. You will pick and pack orders, deliver to customers, and assist in-store. Overview

Customer Team Member - Home Delivery Driver

Location: Sea Road North, Bridport, DT6 4RR

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 15 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: shifts will fall between 08:00 - 20:00, to be discussed at interview

What you’ll do
  • Pick and pack our customers' orders, then deliver them to their doorsteps, representing Co-op out on the road as a safe and considerate driver
  • Make sure your delivery vehicle is safe and compliant, conducting daily checks to ensure it's in good working order
  • Lend a hand in the store when you’re not on the road, serving customers on the till, restocking shelves, and helping your colleagues solve problems
  • Help introduce new ways of working and make change feel natural, sharing your experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Get involved in all kinds of activities and events to support your local community
What we’re looking for
  • A full UK driving license held for at least 3 years and with no more than 6 points
  • Genuine concern for the needs of customers and colleagues
