A community retailer in East Hagbourne is looking for a Customer Team Member to provide excellent service and support in-store operations. This role involves interacting with customers, managing store layouts, and participating in community activities. Ideal candidates should have strong people skills and the flexibility to work various shifts. A positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork is essential. Training is provided and multiple contracts available.
As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. We'll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

We have contracts available for all of the following working patterns – opening: shifts between 5:30 - 14:00 including one weekend shift; closing: shifts between 14:00 - 22:15 including one weekend shift; mixed: combination of opening and closing shifts including two evenings and one weekend shift.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
