The Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team is looking for a Culture & Talent Marketing Manager to join our UK office on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with possibility to extend.
The role will operate out of Team offices on agreed days and work selected race weekends to support on‑ground delivery of talent and cultural activations.
The Culture & Talent Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring the Team’s cultural relevance, driving fandom, and keeping the brand vibrant and relevant for partners. This role will generate cultural impact, press value, and social engagement that can be leveraged for Team brand and commercial growth, including merchandise sales.
