The successful candidate will lead collaborative efforts across colleges and industry partners to develop training and programs aligned with regional needs. Strong leadership, project management skills, and experience in the construction sector are essential. This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in Stockton Riverside College, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the future of construction training in the Tees Valley.

In this position, you will develop, lead and contribute to pioneering employer and skills partnerships, and collaborate with providers and other key stakeholders to ensure curricula and specialist facilities continue to evolve to meet future skills needs.
This is initially a 12 month fixed‑term post, with potential to be extended beyond that.
