Responsibilities
  • to answer the telephone
  • to book appointments
  • to greet patients
  • to support colleagues across the wider Community Treatment and Care service (CTAC)
Hours, location and travel
  • The P&CS Hub operates Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Various hours are available, from part time hours up to a 36 hours per week.
  • These roles are based in NHS Borders admin hub at Newstead but occasional travel may be required to other admin bases across the Borders.

Salary note

Please note: the salary quoted is for full-time hours (37 hrs per week). For appointments to part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.

If the post is assessed as a "regulated role", your appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
