We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children’s Senior Practitioner (CSW - Band 4) to join our dynamic team focused on improving the lives of children and families in our community. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality support and guidance to social workers and other team members, ensuring that care plans are effectively implemented and monitored. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with children and families, addressing their needs and ensuring their voices are heard. As a Children’s Senior Practitioner, you will contribute to the development and execution of innovative strategies that enhance the welfare and development of young people. You will be involved in multi‑agency collaboration, working alongside various stakeholders to create a supportive network for the children entrusted to our care. This role requires a blend of leadership, empathy, and resilience as you navigate the complexities of child welfare. Responsibilities
