What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Support customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.
- Manage multiple customer interactions daily with empathy and care.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards.
What You’ll Bring
- C1/C2 level of Croatian and good level of English.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
