Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Athens, Greece
Schedule: Monday Sunday, 09:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (8 months)
Salary: 1,200 Eurogross per month

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Support customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.
• Manage multiple customer interactions daily with empathy and care.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards.

What You’ll Bring

• C1/C2 level of Croatian and good level of English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Calm, solution‑oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
