About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a CRM Manager to join us for a maternity cover.

Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve global lifecycle communications, from onboarding through to re-engagement.
  • Create and oversee a testing roadmap to deliver ongoing month-on-month and year-on-year performance improvements.
  • Produce regular reporting and insight to drive further improvements
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to identify and implement opportunities to enhance user journeys and outcomes.
  • Line-manage and support the development of the CRM Executive.
Requirements

A little bit about you. We’d really like to hear from you, if you have

  • Ability to quickly understand and optimise CRM journeys, data, audiences, and objectives within the first month.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and deliver clear, actionable reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with marketer-focused CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, dotDigital, or similar).
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on performance outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player with a reliable, proactive approach.
