CRM Manager - 4 Days Brentford
My client is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team in west London, working 4 days per week.
The role involves significant responsibility, including creating the CRM strategy for B2C and potentially B2B audiences. You will own the CRM campaign planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Day-to-day tasks include designing, developing, testing, and deploying triggered and automated marketing and service communications.
You will define, manage, and report on CRM objectives to measure their impact on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, experience, and lifetime value, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to understand business needs and leverage customer insights to identify new opportunities for user journeys, segmentation, and personalisation.
Candidates should have around 3 years of experience in CRM, with experience managing large campaigns. Line management experience is preferred, as you will be managing a CRM Executive. The role requires a hands-on approach when needed.
