The Role

  • Data Management and Segmentation: Maintain accurate and clean contact records, manage complex imports, and apply sophisticated segmentation logic to campaigns to ensure messaging is tailored to the right audience.
  • Technical Optimisation: Apply UTM tags, track links, and assist with user tracking setup through Google Analytics to measure engagement and campaign success.
  • Reporting and Insights: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Zoho’s analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve audience engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Zoho features and functionality, sharing knowledge with the team to enhance processes and outputs.
