A premium sportswear brand is seeking a CRM Executive to develop their customer communications and retention strategy. The successful candidate will manage email marketing initiatives, oversee customer data management, and work closely with various teams to enhance customer relationships. You will be responsible for developing our customer communications and retention strategy, including further delivery of email and mobile marketing plans, reporting on KPIs and building long term profitable relationships with our partners. Partnered with some of the biggest teams in Football, Cricket, Rugby and Motorsport. We are on a mission to produce a consistent, market-leading customer experience for our partners with an exciting new role available for a CRM Executive position within our CRM team
Reporting into the CRM Manager, you will work with internal functions (e-Commerce, Social, Retail, Finance), outside agencies and partners across the business. These disciplines will work holistically to create and produce personalised content that engages and builds relationships with our customers, ultimately helping our sporting partners to build their customer base and business.
