A leading healthcare provider in Spencers Wood seeks a compassionate Band 5 nurse to deliver high-quality critical care across two key hospital sites. Candidates must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and possess strong interpersonal skills. The role involves working during weekends, nights, and bank holidays, alongside attending mandatory training programs to develop skills in critical care. To deliver high quality, effective and compassionate individualised health care to all critically ill patients and their families. You will work as part of a team supporting and developing colleagues whilst contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the department.
