We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a brilliant criminal justice support project in Chatham.

This is a welcoming and relaxed hub environment designed to help ex-offenders feel safe, rebuild confidence, and access practical support. The space has a calm community feel, with areas to sit, talk, and take part in activities, including a pool table and a small gym area.

This role is ideal for Criminology graduates who want hands‑on experience in a frontline project supporting people on a rehabilitative journey.

What you’ll be doing
  • Being the first point of contact for participants and visitors, in person and over the phone
  • Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the hub, including bookings and basic coordination
  • Helping manage referrals and ensuring participants are welcomed and supported on arrival
  • Supporting the team with general admin tasks and keeping the hub running smoothly
  • Collecting participant feedback to help improve engagement and the service
