A well-known low-cost airline in the UK seeks a Crew Planning Hotel and Travel Officer to ensure crew are well accommodated for travel and duties. Responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, maintaining compliance with regulations, and developing strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial travel systems, excellent analytical skills, and be adept in communication. This full-time role supports hybrid working with a presence required at the Luton office three times per week.

You’ll work closely with the Crew Planning Team and report to the Senior Hotel and Travel Officer. As the Hotel and Travel expert for our Crew Duty travel, you’ll ensure our crew have their hotel and transport arrangements booked and communicated in the most cost‑efficient and supportive way, always ensuring compliance with legalities surrounding aircrew rosters.
As Crew Planning Hotel and Travel Officer, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our crew are where they need to be, rested and ready to deliver great service. You’ll oversee the delivery and maintenance of crew roster travel and hotel requirements, manage the HATS system, and build strong relationships with suppliers. You’ll also support special programmes, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
