Ensuring we deliver excellent customer service and serve perfect burgers and fries — after all, it is what we're famous for!

We encourage our crew to work on all stations, from Till to Grill, so be ready to work hard.

You'll need to communicate and work together as a team to get the job done.

To set the restaurant up for success, we prep first thing in the morning and clean the restaurant back to new at night! We offer contracted hours to suit you — no 0-hour contracts here!

Five Guys is opening in Stoke-on-Trent, and we are looking for amazing Crew Members to be the first to join our West Midlands Designer Outlet Store. We will host a Recruitment Day on Wednesday 10th September. If you can't work in West Midlands, don't worry — we will be recruiting again later.

As a Crew Member, your role is varied and fast-paced: serving at the till, cooking on the grill, and making fries, always delivering to Five Guys standards.

Your Pay

• Under 18: £11 - £12 per hour depending on location
• 18 and over: £12.40 - £13.45 per hour depending on location
