Job description

The Credit Risk Analytics Manager is responsible for the delivering the bank’s approach to credit risk analytics.

Minimum Requirements We Seek
  • Proven experience in credit risk analysis, strategy development, and portfolio management within lending
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SAS, R, or Python, or experience with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with credit scorecards, decision trees, and other credit risk models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a passion for achieving excellence.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment, creating and leveraging strong relationships both internally and externally and bringing gravitas to any negotiations.
  • Possess strong communication skills, enabling effective interfacing with senior leaders, Board members and global stakeholders.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
