Our client is a respected name in the construction sector, known for quality and reliability. You'll join a collaborative finance team and work closely with sales and operations to align credit practices with business goals. The credit control department currently has two team members ready to develop under your leadership.

Description

You'll manage and develop the credit control team, implement structure, and drive best practices.

Key responsibilities include credit risk assessment, negotiating credit insurance policies, liaising with solicitors, and monitoring overdue accounts.

You'll also shape policies, processes, and reporting-this is a hands-on role with full autonomy and the backing of senior leadership.

  • Proven experience as a Credit Manager (construction sector experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of legal and court processes
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel
