Job Description

  1. Managing the credit control function and ensuring the timely collection of debts
  2. Maintaining strong relationships with customers to facilitate payments
  3. Resolving invoice disputes and queries promptly
  4. Preparing monthly reports on debtor status
  5. Implementing and maintaining credit policies and procedures
  6. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  7. Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc duties
  8. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department

A successful Credit Controller should have:
