Responsibilities
  • Check credit reports on existing and potential accounts
  • Ensure all overdue aged debt balances are reviewed and regularly corresponded to
  • Liaise with customers to resolve credit control queries and to ensure timely payment
  • Regularly chase overdue accounts via telephone, email and letter
Requirements
  • Educated to AAT or equivalent
  • Previous experience in credit control or a similar accounts receivable position
  • Good Excel and ERP system skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and organised mindset, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
