You’ll be the driving force behind connecting talent with brilliant brand opportunities. Working closely with creators and clients alike, you’ll support talent in growing their personal brands, scaling their businesses, and achieving long-term goals, while delivering campaigns that inspire and influence.
Day to day, you’ll shape strategy, manage partnerships, and bring ideas to life through innovative campaigns. Confident, proactive and culturally switched-on, you’ll balance the fast-paced demands of the influencer world with the care and attention needed to build strong, lasting relationships.
From pitching and negotiating to campaign execution, you’ll have a hand in it all – helping creators to thrive and ensuring every project delivers impact.
We’re after an organised, resilient and ambitious Creator Manager with at least two years’ experience across areas such as talent or creator management, influencer campaigns, social media strategy or brand building.
You’ll need to be confident in building relationships, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering what you promise.
