About the Role
We have a unique opportunity for a Creator Manager to join our team and work on some of our most exciting accounts.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about the creator economy and working as part of a specialist award‑winning agency team (Creator Hub) to help deliver exciting co‑created content which uses creators in clever ways. You are exceptional at fostering great relationships through regular and positive contact with agents, creators and clients. You are extremely organised, resourceful and keen to take responsibility to help deliver and manage multiple creator campaigns at once. You are confident in using your own initiative to see a job through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
New business
- Being aware of our portfolio of services and identifying opportunities to refer them to specialist leads.
- Providing support on new business pitches (with a focus on creator marketing) – from research through to input into plans.
- Keeping an eye out for new business opportunities and bringing them to the attention of your senior colleagues.
- Being able to identify up‑selling opportunities with existing clients.
Client
- Confidently leading (with senior oversight) on creator campaigns and projects ensuring flawless execution of day‑to‑day client activities from briefing, contracting, content approvals to evaluation.
- Demonstrating the ability to advise on new approaches, ideas and creators that will deliver results which exceed expectations and challenge the norm.
- Supporting senior team members in taking and responding to new client briefs relating to creator marketing.
- Showing an excellent understanding and knowledge of how creators will drive results and conversations for clients.
- Being the day‑to‑day contact for client to provide key campaign updates and timings.
Communication
- Immersing yourself in the world of creators, and continually looking to foster new relationships with key players (for example creators or agents).
- Having great communication with both junior and senior members of Creator Hub, being able to clearly communicate deadlines, ideas and constructive feedback.
- Adding positive value internally and externally by being a vocal member of the Creator Hub team, confidently contributing to presentations and meetings and able to rational your views.
- Being able to communicate to clients and internal stakeholders your ideas or approaches when it comes to creator marketing.
Planning
- Using your excellent project management skills to ensure you and your team are all over the detail and delivering campaign elements to the highest standards.
- Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail to successfully manage multiple campaigns at one time using excellent planning and forecasting to ensure deadlines are met and quality is second to none.
- Exhibiting early strategic thinking in regards to creator‑led marketing.
- Playing a key role in researching, planning and the development of creator campaigns and driving these forward along with senior team members.
- Collating and measuring creator campaign outputs and finding new and innovative ways to showcase evaluations including use of influencer industry tools like Klear.
About you
Experience & Expertise:
- At least 4 years experience working within influencer marketing, some of that to be operating at mid‑weight.
- Strong understanding of earned media, content creation, and talent/influencer partnerships.
- Track record of shaping and supporting influencer strategy and campaign development across channels.
Skills & Attributes:
- Fostering strong and meaningful relationships; from creators and agents to clients and colleagues.
- Meticulous attention to detail; confident in using excellent project management to work across multiple campaigns, clients and briefs at one time with an eye for detail.
- Being a team player as part of a growing specialist team; particularly in delegating tasks to junior members, briefing them clearly and effectively, and supporting them in seeing work through to completion.
- Really understanding the creator economy; the industry, key players, trends as well as clients’ needs and objectives.
