Mission

Shape the creative direction of the brand’s marketing efforts and lead the development of high‑performing campaigns that resonate with the audience. Own the end‑to‑end creative process: uncover insights, develop ad strategies, analyze performance, and iterate for success. Your work will directly impact the brand’s growth and its mission to redefine sleep wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uncover trends and insights through thorough research, including tracking competitor ads, analyzing forums, reviews, and consumer narratives.
  • Translate data into actionable campaigns by curating high‑quality briefs and setting clear standards for creative outputs.
  • Optimize ad performance by interpreting data, identifying winning elements, and iterating on successful concepts.
  • Develop creative strategies for new product launches to ensure impactful, on‑brand campaigns tailored to market needs.
  • Source high‑performing content by collaborating with production teams on video/photo shoots and leveraging UGC channels.
  • Drive creative innovation by recognizing patterns in ad elements and assembling winning combinations that resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm and align on creative concepts that reflect shared goals and strategic vision.
  • Project‑manage the creative process, overseeing timelines, coordinating with designers and video teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and brand standards.
  • Work across key platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy with DTC brands (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty).
  • Deep understanding of how to speak to a female audience and bring a calm, brand‑sensitive approach to performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and ability to translate data into actionable creative strategies.
  • Experience managing end‑to‑end creative workflows and guiding designers, video editors, and content creators toward exceptional outputs.
  • Comfortable diving into the details while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns.
  • Bonus: Experience with sleepwear, wellness, or fashion brands; background in UGC; aesthetic intuition for photo/video shoots; interest in light creative direction or campaign shoots.
Success Metrics

30 Days: Familiarise with brand voice, creative process, and key stakeholders.

60 Days: Develop and execute creative strategies, analyse campaign performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

90 Days: Drive campaigns that deliver results, contribute to growth, and launch new concepts effectively.
