Contract: 812 month fixed-term maternity cover (exact dates TBC)

Location: Commutable to Chesterfield 3 days a week

Job Type: Full-time, fixed-term (35 hours per week)

Salary: £2835k (depending on experience)

Working Model: In-office / Hybrid / Occasional remote with shoot days.

About The Role

Were on the lookout for a Creative Producer who can steer high-impact creative projects from spark to screens. Someone who can keep the machine running smoothly, managing budgets, timelines, teams, clients, freelancers, locations, edits, and the occasional curveball.

Your everyday will involve bringing together strong production oversight, effective issue resolution, and a collaborative approach to the creative process, working closely with directors, editors, creatives, and clients to make sure every project lands with style, clarity, and real impact, on time and on budget.

Youll also need to be involved with, and sometimes run, client pitches and proposals - from initial client brief take, through ideation and concept development and onto the final proposal and presentation. A genuinely creative person, with a good understanding of the production process, is who were after!

This maternity cover role offers the opportunity to manage a dynamic, fast-paced production environment, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of projects over an 812 month period.
