Creative Manager

Location: Glasgow, Renfrew

Work Pattern: Full time/Permanent/Hybrid work pattern 4/1

We’re looking for a visionary Creative Manager to head our Creative team and deliver exceptional visual content across digital and print platforms. From eye‑catching campaigns to impactful exhibition graphics, you’ll ensure our brand stands out globally. As brand ambassador for Peak International brands, you will provide creative visions to new product development, including working with Design Engineers on product visual design and customer interaction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Design and produce engaging visuals for web, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and exhibitions.
• Oversee creative project delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to maintain brand excellence.
• Drive innovation in UX/UI for digital platforms.
• Support new product development with creative input and design expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing creative teams and delivering high‑quality design projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Blender is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in task‑management tools (Monday.com, Trello) and Microsoft suite (Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and brand standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Degree in Design or related field, with 5+ years in a creative leadership role.
• Experience in B2B creative content for manufactured goods (advantageous).
