This role is designed for a talented designer who’s ready to step up, take ownership of a brand, and start their journey into leadership. You don’t need to have managed people before. What matters is drive, curiosity, confidence and the desire to grow.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading creative concepts and design across digital and print.
  • Acting as brand gatekeeper, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to shape briefs and campaigns.
  • Supporting and mentoring a junior designer, with guidance from your own manager.
  • Designing for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations and more.
  • Exploring interactive media such as illustration, animation and video (a bonus, not essential).
This role is perfect if you:
  • Are a mid‑level designer ready for your next career step.
  • Want exposure to brand leadership and people management.
  • Enjoy variety and collaboration.
  • Are happy to trade a top‑end salary for development, balance and benefits.
  • Want your work to have real social impact.
About you
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Confident working across digital and print.
  • Strong eye for brand, layout and typography.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
  • Interested in learning how to manage and mentor others.
What’s in it for you
  • 25 days holiday, rising to 30.
  • Hybrid and flexible working.
  • Free gym membership.
  • Enhanced pension, family leave and sick pay.
  • Paid volunteering days.
  • A genuinely supportive environment where you’ll be trained, trusted and encouraged to grow.
