A global premium brand in Greater London is seeking a Creative Director for EMEA. You will define and communicate the creative vision, ensuring alignment with global strategies. Responsibilities include leading creative teams, directing campaign execution, and upholding high creative standards. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in managing creative teams and a successful track record in integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires a collaborative leader who can inspire the team and resonate with the brand's ethos.
The Creative team is responsible for delivering visual storytelling that brings the lululemon brand to life in a way that resonates with both new and existing guests. We ensure that lululemon shows up as globally consistent and regionally relevant whilst brand differentiated within a crowded competitor space. We fuel business success by connecting our guests to the heart of who we are — our purpose, our values, and personality. We bring the performance of our products to life and drive brand awareness, demand and love throughout EMEA and global franchise markets.
The Creative Director for EMEA and Global Franchise defines and communicates an overarching creative vision for lululemon in region, in line with the global strategy and identity. They shape the brand expression and creative standards and ensure that all creative output is aligned with business objectives and delivered in excellence. They direct and mentor regional creative specialists (including art direction, design, copy, creative operations and production) to deliver visually stunning assets across all touchpoints including digital, in store, and experiential channels.
