Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our New Product Development team in Rivendell, Leeds. In this role, you'll work on innovative packaging concepts in both 2D and 3D, bringing ideas to life for the FMCG marketplace. You'll collaborate closely with our Creative, Sales, and NPD teams to deliver impactful designs for both new product launches and existing ranges.

Responsibilities
  • Research, design, and develop packaging artwork and 3D visuals across multiple formats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create early-stage packaging concepts
  • Manage design workflow and communicate project status
  • Stay up-to-date with market, retail, and design trends
  • Support the creation of high-quality packaging prototypes
  • Maintain the Innovation Centre for guest and customer visits
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • 3D design software experience (Esko Studio, IC3D, or similar) beneficial
  • Knowledge of packaging materials, substrates, and construction
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Confident working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Freehand illustration skills at a proficient level
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings
