We’ve got an awesome opportunity for a Creative Designer (Midweight) to join our fun, fast‑paced and passionate team! You'll be a strategic, creative thinker who can concept, design, and execute across multiple disciplines, helping shape the creative direction for Popeyes UK and our launch into Ireland!
Responsibilities
Campaign Creative Development (45%)
- Develop strategic campaign concepts that push boundaries whilst staying true to the Popeyes brand
- Generate original creative ideas and pitch them with confidence
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines whilst evolving visual identity
- Present breakthrough concepts that connect with audiences and drive growth
Digital & Social Creative (30%)
- Create compelling social media content that drives engagement
- Develop digital assets for web, app, and social platforms
- Collaborate with social team to optimise content for maximum reach
- Stay ahead of digital and AI trends to apply creatively to the brand
Art Direction & Production (15%)
- Collaborate on creative concepts for photo and video shoots
- Provide art direction during shoots (lighting, talent, product styling)
- Oversee post‑production ensuring outputs exceed objectives
- Work confidently across print, packaging, and digital mediums
Creative Leadership & Collaboration (10%)
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, digital, and operations teams
- Work with agencies to ensure high standards
- Help shape brand for future growth
- Mentor junior team members
Experience and Skills we’re After
- Experience of creative work and results in advertising, branding, or related fields
- Proven track record from concept to execution
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem‑solving and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (AI tools experience a plus)
- Strong art direction skills (photo and video shoots)
- Digital, print, and social design capabilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects
- Strong understanding of typography and creative fundamentals
- Demonstrate creativity balanced with strategic thinking
- Collaborate effectively across teams
- Deliver breakthrough creative aligned to brand vision
