What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide 1:1 support and encourage students with SEND (including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning disabilities).
• Assist in delivering lessons and activities using your unique talents to inspire and engage.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with students to create a supportive, trusting atmosphere.
• Use practical activities and teaching aids to create exciting, interactive sessions tailored to each child.
• Support emotional, social, and physical development in a safe, welcoming environment.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience: Worked with SEND or children (doesn’t have to be in a school – think youth groups, sports coaching, creative workshops or personal experience).
• Passion: A genuine love for helping children thrive and creating positive experiences.
• Creativity: The ability to use your artistic or theatrical flair to engage and inspire students.
• Interpersonal Skills: A warm, approachable nature and strong communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
