Responsibilities
  • Supervising lessons in the absence of a teacher.
  • Ensuring students stay on task with pre-prepared work.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive environment.
  • Supporting students to stay engaged and motivated.
Requirements
  • Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching).
  • Confidence in leading and managing groups of students.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).
