I am looking for Cover Supervisors to assist with general cover in well-respected Secondary Schools in Worcester. The school offers a welcoming, inclusive, safe environment and they are proud of the role the school has within the community.
This is an opportunity to join a team of experienced practitioners who all share a passion for their profession and the desire to support every student to reach their full potential.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be supervising a classroom of around 30-32 students while they complete pre-prepared work when their current teacher is absent. Your main duties will be to take registers and record any absences, keep students on task and make sure work is completed, students are safe, and the classroom is left tidy. You must have strong behavioural management and classroom management skills.
I am looking for experienced, proactive and reliable Cover Supervisors to work with my School on a flexible or short-term basis, providing general teaching cover in the absence of the classes teacher.
Pay rates between £90-£120 per full day, depending on experience.
All our supply staff are paid weekly on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you re paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance and there s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.
A dedicated Secondary Consultant will be available to also support and provide market leading advice whilst in the role.
