A local educational institution in Chandler's Ford is looking for a teaching assistant to support pupils in achieving their personal best without requiring formal teaching qualifications. We’re looking for someone who is interested in teaching but does not hold a teaching qualification and who wants to gain classroom experience. This role is suitable for anyone who wishes to work in an educational environment with young people, is looking to develop a career, or requires school‑based experience before pursuing a teaching qualification.
The ideal candidate will have an active interest in helping young people achieve and be capable of supervising classes during the short‑term absence of teachers. Key attributes include a good sense of humour, a calm and caring manner, and the ability to work independently on a short‑term basis.
