Responsibilities and progression

• By 60 days – Schools will begin to recognise you as a reliable presence, requested back for your professionalism, adaptability, and positive impact.
• By 90 days – You'll be well established as one of the go-to cover supervisors in Winchester, able to confidently handle a variety of subjects and year groups.
• Regular check-ins and personalised support – we don't just place you, we stay with you every step of the way.
