Primary Cover Supervisor - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting flexible and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of primary schools in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with classroom experience who are looking for a rewarding role with variety and responsibility.

About the Role:

Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Support pupils' learning and behaviour management

Work across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on your experience and preference

Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff

Ideal for experienced teaching assistants, HLTA-qualified staff, or those considering a career in teaching

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working in a primary school setting

Confident classroom presence and behaviour management skills

Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt to different school environments

A calm, patient, and flexible approach to teaching and learning

Requirements:

A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children in an educational setting

Right to work in the UK

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

References covering the last 2 years
