We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools in Hounslow. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people who want to make a real impact in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes during the absence of the class teacher
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure pupils remain on task
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide support to students to help them achieve their learning goals

About You

• Confident, professional, and able to engage with secondary school students
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, youth work) is highly desirable
• A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential
• Must be flexible, reliable, and committed to supporting education
