An educational recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Cover Supervisor for the Future Teacher Programme to lead classes in Secondary schools across South Yorkshire and Derbyshire. Start Date: ASAP
SALARY: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum

I am working with several mainstream Secondary schools in South Yorkshire who are looking to recruit cover supervisors on a temporary basis (with many opportunities for permanent positions). Within this role you will be leading classes of 30 students across all departments and subjects, delivering preset work and managing classroom behaviour.
Our schools are keen to support graduates as future teachers, providing support and training with behaviour management and offering opportunity to gain experience in a selected department to support with their subject specialism.
The ideal candidate will have some experience working within a school setting, be confident and demonstrate the confidence and capability to lead classes of students and manage challenging behaviour. A subject specialism would be advantageous to schools.
