Responsibilities for Cover Supervisor

• Create a supportive learning environment where pupils stay on task and complete set-work
• Collect completed work after the lesson and return it to the appropriate teacher
• Provide feedback to the class teacher outlining positive/negative behaviours, achievements, and any concerns
• Uphold school policies and procedures related to child protection, health and confidentiality
• Establish trust with pupils through interaction and by tailoring to individual needs
