Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Pay Rate: £110.00 £120.00 per day
Location: Kings Norton
Hours: Full-time

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor in the Kings Norton area, with an immediate start date. This role is based within a school supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and requires a confident, flexible, and proactive individual to cover staff absence and training days across all subjects.

Job Requirements

Role Responsibilities
  • Supervise whole classes during teacher absence, delivering pre-set work

  • Observe and record pupil progress, contributing to pupil records where required
  • Work across multiple departments and age ranges
  • Participate in weekly school training and CPD opportunities
