This is a pivotal role within the school's daily operations, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and students continue to learn effectively whenever a teacher is absent. As Cover Manager, you will take ownership of the school's cover provision each day. This involves coordinating staff absence information, arranging cover supervisors or supply staff, and ensuring every class has the support it needs.
