Job summary

A legal recruitment agency seeks a Court of Protection Solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will represent clients in welfare matters, manage casework efficiently, and maintain clear communication. Strong commitment to justice and experience with Legal Aid funding are essential. A current practising certificate is required. Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year’s post-qualification experience in Court of Protection matters.
  • Strong commitment to access to justice is essential.
  • Experience with Legal Aid funding is preferred.

  • Analyse legal issues and advise clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements.
