• Ability to manage a busy workload under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Court of Protection applications and deputyship matters.
• Support on matters relating to property and financial affairs.
• Prepare documentation and correspondence for court submissions.
• Liaise with clients, families, and medical professionals.
• Assist with Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Provide general support to the Private Client team.
