About the role

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers on behalf of our client, Budweiser Brewing Group UK & Ireland, based in Magor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-leading brewery in a long-term, ongoing role, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move stock around the warehouse, working with the stock management system.
• Handle incoming and outgoing goods using scanners and inventory tools.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (must be refreshed within the last 3 years).
• Double handler experience is desirable but not essential.
• Comfortable using warehouse systems and scanning equipment.
• Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Teams).
• SAP experience is a bonus but not required.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
