Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: Crick, Northampton
Salary: £14.50 – £16.25 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Evening shift (6:00pm – 2:00am)
Contract type: Temporary to Permanent

Job Summary

Personnel Solutions are recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to support a busy distribution operation near Watford Gap, Northampton. This is a fast-paced warehouse role involving the movement of up to 300 pallets per night.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift
• Load and unload vehicles
• Move and organise pallets across the warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse tasks when required

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
• In-house or expired licences also considered (refresher training can be arranged)
• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting
• Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment on evening shifts
