Job summary

A leading packaging company in Corby is seeking a skilled Counterbalance Driver to ensure efficient warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving stock, loading and unloading lorries, and using a forklift truck. This role offers a pay rate of £12.50 per hour for day shifts and £15 for afternoon shifts, with the opportunity for a temp to perm position after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (either accredited or in-house).
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts and Pay

Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm weekly rotating.

Pay Rate: Days £12.50 per hour; Afternoon £15 per hour.
