The Position:

We are currently recruiting for full time, permanent Counter Sales / Warehouse Person in our Antrim Branch.

Job Reference: CSW/14/09/25

Hours: You will work 40 Hours per week, working between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday

Job Role:

• The purpose of the role will be to maximise sales by establishing excellent relationships with new and existing customers. The role will also assist in the achievements of the branch sales and profit target.
• The successful applicant will work as part of a team dealing with a variety of sectors, predominantly automotive but also including engineering customers. The range of customer enquiries is very wide and contact is both at the counter and over the phone
• The successful candidate will also help out in our busy warehouse. The job role will involve checking in deliveries, putting stock away in the correct location, picking orders and other warehouse duties

The main duties for the role will be:

• Handle parts requirements of customers through counter service and sales
• To work within a team and to communicate and liaise with other team members
• Checking in deliveries, putting stock away in the correct location, picking orders and other warehouse duties

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

Essential Criteria:

• A record of great customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable outlook
• A good knowledge of vehicle parts
• Good Computer Skills to utilise our electronic parts catalogues and product lookup systems.

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience in an automotive sales environment or motor mechanic experience.
• Previous experience working with MAM Autopart and Autocat software
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Full Driver\'s License
