Well-regarded Tax team in London is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax lawyer of 4 or more years’ PQE. The team handles complex, often cross-border matters and advises on M&A, private equity structuring, IP and real estate transactions across sectors including technology, life sciences, and private capital. Clients include some of the most innovative and high-growth businesses in the UK and beyond. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of technically challenging and high-quality Corporate Tax matters, including M&A, private equity structuring and transactions, corporate and IP/IT structuring (including cross-border planning and inward investment to the UK), funds work, financing and refinancing transactions and domestic and international tax advisory work, real estate transactions and structuring (from both a direct and indirect tax perspective).
You’ll be part of a team that is well integrated across the firm, regularly collaborating with colleagues in corporate, finance, IP, and real estate. The position would suit someone with a solid foundation in UK corporate tax who is looking to deepen their expertise and take on more responsibility in a supportive and intellectually engaging environment.
