Key Responsibilities

• Handling a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and group restructures
• Advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurial clients across a range of sectors
• Working closely with insolvency, restructuring, and finance professionals
• Running transactions from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
• Supporting strategic initiatives within the wider corporate and advisory team

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in Corporate Law
• Proven experience in M&A and general corporate advisory work
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to provide pragmatic legal advice
• Excellent client relationship skills with a solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a close-knit team
