THE JOB

We are looking for our next RBH Sales Entrepreneur as Corporate Sales Manager, representing our Fragrance UK portfolio. This exciting new role will make up a part of our Fragrance UK sales hub and be responsible for driving corporate business into our independent hotels across the UK. We are looking for a vibrant, sales focused individual who can grow and maintain local and national business into our hotels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Achieve Corporate Segment Goals: Take key responsibility for the achievement of the corporate segment across our hotels.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Grow and maintain corporate transient and group business, ensuring maximum revenue.
  • Drive Revenue: Effectively sell all aspects of the portfolio within local and national marketplaces.
  • Increase Share and Profitability: Secure new business and enhance existing account profitability.
  • Increase Enquiries: Drive and increase inquiries for corporate transient, group, and meeting events.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as a team player with a strong drive to find new and exciting business opportunities.

YOUR DAILY HUSTLE

  • Represent the portfolio to key agents, local corporates, and meeting bookers.
  • Identify, secure, and contract new and repeat business across all market segments, emphasizing the corporate segment.
  • Build and manage relationships within the RBH central sales team to maximize revenue from key national accounts.
  • Utilize RBH sales initiatives and tools to incorporate them into the commercial plan.
  • Research new accounts, conduct introductory calls, plan appointments, and perform weekly face-to-face sales calls in line with KPIs.
  • Prepare account development plans to ensure maximum share from each account with support from the Fragrance Sales Team and RBH.
  • Attend major travel functions and exhibitions to promote the portfolio.
  • Support hotel General Managers with show rounds, proposals, and upselling.
  • Assist the Fragrance Sales Team with tradeshows, showcases, and client events across the UK.

YOUR SALES GAME

  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hotel sales role or relevant sales role.
  • Smooth talker: Excellent sales, customer care, account management, and negotiation skills.
  • Presentation Pro: Strong presentation and influencing skills.
  • People Person: You can connect and engage with anyone, anytime, anywhere.
  • Innovative Thinker: Open to new ideas and approaches.
  • Willingness to Travelthroughout the UK for presentations, client meetings, and trade fairs.
  • Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems preferred (training provided), proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presentations.
CANDIDATE LOCATION

We’re looking for someone ideally based in Manchester or surrounding areas, who can travel as required to key clients and national accounts. We prefer our Corporate Sales Manager to have presence on our RBH property in Manchester weekly, and be ready to hit the road regularly
